Project Context

The client was expanding their financial services and needed a refreshed website to better reflect their growth. Their existing site felt outdated and difficult for customers to navigate. The redesign focused on creating a modern, professional interface that clearly communicated loan options and built trust with potential clients.

Approach

To guide the redesign, I studied leading banking and loan platforms for inspiration and identified relevant UI trends (typography, simplified navigation, clear call-to-action hierarchy). My focus was on reducing unnecessary repetition, streamlining page structures, and creating an intuitive flow that made it easier for users to explore loan options and take action confidently.

Low-fidelity wireframe

In the wireframing stage, I focused on building a clear hierarchy that would guide users step by step through the site. The first priority was establishing trust through credibility signals (client testimonials, recognisable partner logos, and concise value propositions. I then introduced simple, easy-to-digest infographics to visually explain loan processes before leading users into the core financing services offered.

The structure was designed to reduce unnecessary repetition, with each section serving a distinct purpose. CTAs were placed strategically to feel natural within the flow, rather than overwhelming the user. Users would be redirected to the dedicated support page when they have made a decision, ensuring customers could easily find help or answers without disrupting their journey. This approach created a foundation for a more efficient, intuitive experience that aligned with both business goals and user needs.
