About me
BIO / HERGEANNE YANG
Hi! I’m a UX/UI designer and playful maker for cosy clay creations. I care deeply about building calm, human-centred digital experiences that make people feel supported, seen, and gently empowered. I’m curious, and always thinking about how to make tech feel more kind.

My creative journey blends digital design with hands-on craftmanship - from wireframing and prototyping to making whimsical clay characters in my spare time. I’m especially passionate about designing for sustainability and creative user experiences that are not only intuitive but also responsible and future-minded. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me gaming, experimenting with new tools, or creating cosy content that reflects my love for storytelling, earthy aesthetics, and slow-living moments.
Caught in my element at PAX Arena - Spaces like PAX Arena reflect where my love for community engagement and games truly come to life - showing how digital platforms can foster belonging and shared joy. I’ve always been fascinated how games intuitively connect people, often turning strangers into communities through play. This perspective strongly shaped my capstone project, where I explored how digital design can support social connection.
